Scaligner
- Paired chains: when several chains are provided in one or several files for a sequence, they can be assembled based on the name of the chain. A regular expression is used to extract the sequence name from the chain name and chains with the same sequence name are paired. In previous versions of Scaligner, only chains with identical names were assembled.
- Chain assembly: when chains have been sequenced with a forward and a reverse primer, they can be stitched automatically during the analysis. Chains are grouped according to their name: a regular expression shall be provided to define the forward chain and another to define the reverse chain.
- Chromatogram viewer: the chromatogram viewer was update to support the edition of chromatograms when the sequence contains several chains.
- Track sequence change when the aligned aa sequence is manually altered.
