Drugdesigntech develops innovative computational solutions to support drug discovery, with a focus on knowledge management and decision support for both biologic therapeutics and small molecule drug discovery.

The company was founded in 2007 by Cédric Merlot and is based in Geneva, Switzerland. The technical expertise has been gathered from biologists and chemists working within the pharmaceutical industry who have a passion for drug discovery and informatics.

This deep understanding of the needs for protein, antibodies and small molecule drug design and discovery has resulted in a new suite of software capable of handling all aspects of drug discovery.

A bridge between bioinformatics and chemoinformatics

Combining the worlds of bioinformatics and cheminformatics, we offer computational solutions that allow in-context decision support for the discovery of therapeutics. Our experience in large pharma and biotechs makes that we understand easily the needs and the individual languages used in each area of the discovery process (biology, protein engineering, screening, chemistry, pharmacology); our passion for informatics allows us to deliver state-of-the-art technical solutions and easy-to-use interfaces.
